Dear New York City Riding Academy Friends:

The New York City Hiding Academy is pleased to invite you; your family, your friends Clnd
colleagues to participate in its 2013 Summer Horseback Riding Programs. The New York City
Riding Academy is located at One Wards Island, in Manhattan's Upper East Side, adjacent to the
East 103rd Street Footbridge, New York, New York 10035.

The New York City Riding Academy's Summer Horseback Riding Programs are: (1)
individual and group riding lessons; (2) a riding Camp; and (3) riding workshops by professional
riders. The Academy's Summer Horseback Riding Programs 2013 are open from 9:00 A.M. to
5:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday, during the period of June 1,2013 to August 31,2013.

The New York City Riding Academy offers both English and Western style riding
programs for beginners through advanced students. The Academy's Summer Horseback Riding
Programs limited enrollment will be filled on a first request received basis. All students must
dress appropriately as prescribed by the New York City Riding Academy. The Academy's
Summer Horseback riding programs are affordable to individuals and groups.
